This exciting news could mean that East Loudoun County could see a new Performing Arts Center in the near future - as reported by the Loudoun Times Mirror.

Amongst its 425 acre development west of Dulles Town Center, NA Dulles Real Estate Investor LLC of Great Falls plans to set aside two of those acres for a great 550 seat performing arts center which can be enjoyed by all. The developer has also stated that they will contribute $6 million towards construction costs if other sources of funding can be found - the county itself is unable to help in this instance.

The Washington Ballet is one of many who already have agreed to host events there if construction occurs. It has also been heralded as a great opportunity for the smaller local artists who will be able to take advantage of its location.

This will be one project that will be closely watched and eagerly awaited if given the go ahead.
