According to the Loudoun Times Mirror (AUGUST 14 2008), " Forbes.com has ranked Virginia the Best State for Business. This is the third consecutive year Virginia has been top-ranked. It has won since the inception of the ranking in 2006.

Forbes.com examined economic climate, growth prospects, labor supply and regulatory environment."

This study illustrates the state is a prime location for homeowners. The housing market particularly in Loudoun County, is very favorable for home buyers. Prices are down, inventory remains plentiful and interest rates are good.  A variety of loan programs are available to prospective home buyers
